เผย 26 ยี่ห้อเครื่องสำอาง อันตราย ใช้เสี่ยงหน้าพัง

อย.ประกาศรายชื่อเครื่องสำอางอีก 26 ยี่ห้อที่ตรวจวิเคราะห์พบสารห้ามใช้กรดวิตามินเอ ปรอทแอมโมเนีย และไฮโดรควิโนน เตือนระวังอย่าซื้อมาใช้ อาจทำให้แพ้ ระคายเคือง ถึงขั้นเสียโฉมได้ ภก.วัฒนา อัครเอกฒาลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักควบคุมเครื่องสำอางและวัตถุอันตราย เปิดเผยว่า สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) และสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดอุทัยธานี ได้ออกเก็บตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางตามแหล่งจำหน่าย เช่น ห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านค้า และแผงลอยต่างๆ ส่งตรวจวิเคราะห์หาสารห้ามใช้ที่เป็นอันตรายต่อผู้บริโภค ซึ่งในปีงบประมาณ 2551 นี้ อย.ได้ประกาศผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์เครื่องสำอางที่พบสารห้ามใช้ไปแล้ว 13 ยี่ห้อ และในครั้งนี้ได้ตรวจพบเครื่องสำอางมีสารห้ามใช้เพิ่มอีก 26 ยี่ห้อ โดยตรวจพบกรดเรทิโนอิก หรือกรดวิตามินเอ ปรอทแอมโมเนีย หรือสารประกอบของปรอท และไฮโดรควิโนน ซึ่งสารห้ามใช้ทั้ง 3 ชนิด ทำให้เกิดการแพ้ ระคายเคือง และเป็นสาเหตุทำให้หน้าพังได้ จึงขอเตือนประชาชนอย่าซื้อมาใช้เด็ดขาด

สำหรับรายชื่อเครื่องสำอางมีสารห้ามใช้ที่ อย.ได้ประกาศไปทั้งหมด ผู้บริโภคสามารถตรวจสอบรายชื่อได้ที่ www.fda.moph.go.th คลิกไปที่ "กลุ่มควบคุมเครื่องสำอาง" และ "เครื่องสำอางอันตราย" ซึ่งจะมีทั้งชื่อเครื่องสำอางพร้อมรายละเอียดและรูปภาพแสดงไว้
อย.ประกาศรายชื่อเครื่องสำอางอีก 26 ยี่ห้อที่ตรวจวิเคราะห์พบสารห้ามใช้กรดวิตามินเอ ปรอทแอมโมเนีย และไฮโดรควิโนน เตือนระวังอย่าซื้อมาใช้ อาจทำให้แพ้ ระคายเคือง ถึงขั้นเสียโฉมได้ ภก.วัฒนา อัครเอกฒาลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักควบคุมเครื่องสำอางและวัตถุอันตราย เปิดเผยว่า สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) และสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดอุทัยธานี ได้ออกเก็บตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางตามแหล่งจำหน่าย เช่น ห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านค้า และแผงลอยต่างๆ ส่งตรวจวิเคราะห์หาสารห้ามใช้ที่เป็นอันตรายต่อผู้บริโภค ซึ่งในปีงบประมาณ 2551 นี้ อย.ได้ประกาศผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์เครื่องสำอางที่พบสารห้ามใช้ไปแล้ว 13 ยี่ห้อ และในครั้งนี้ได้ตรวจพบเครื่องสำอางมีสารห้ามใช้เพิ่มอีก 26 ยี่ห้อ โดยตรวจพบกรดเรทิโนอิก หรือกรดวิตามินเอ ปรอทแอมโมเนีย หรือสารประกอบของปรอท และไฮโดรควิโนน ซึ่งสารห้ามใช้ทั้ง 3 ชนิด ทำให้เกิดการแพ้ ระคายเคือง และเป็นสาเหตุทำให้หน้าพังได้ จึงขอเตือนประชาชนอย่าซื้อมาใช้เด็ดขาด

ภก.วัฒนา ให้ข้อสังเกตว่า เครื่องสำอางที่พบสารอันตรายมักให้รายละเอียดบนฉลาก ไม่ครบถ้วน เช่น ไม่ระบุแหล่งผลิต ครั้งที่ผลิตและวันเดือนปีที่ผลิต การเลือกซื้อจึงควรระมัดระวัง และควรสังเกตฉลากเป็นลำดับแรก ฉลากที่ถูกต้องจะต้องเป็นภาษาไทย มีข้อความบังคับครบถ้วน ได้แก่ ชื่อและประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ ส่วนประกอบ วิธีใช้ ชื่อที่ตั้งแหล่งผลิต วันเดือนปีที่ผลิต และปริมาณสุทธิ การซื้อควรซื้อจากแหล่งที่น่าเชื่อถือ ไม่ควรซื้อเพราะคำโฆษณา สำหรับร้านค้าที่ซื้อเครื่องสำอางมาขาย ขอให้ซื้อจากผู้ที่มีหลักแหล่งน่าเชื่อถือ และมีหลักฐานการซื้อขายที่ระบุชื่อที่ตั้งของผู้ขายอย่างชัดเจน หากเจ้าหน้าที่ อย.ไปตรวจและผู้ขายไม่สามารถนำหลักฐานการซื้อขายมาแสดงได้ ผู้ขายจะต้องมีความผิดเช่นเดียวกับผู้ผลิต ส่วนบทกำหนดโทษ ผู้ผลิตเพื่อขาย ผู้นำเข้าเพื่อขาย และผู้ขายเครื่องสำอางที่ไม่ปลอดภัยจะต้องถูกระวางโทษจำคุก ไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

ชวนมาพักผ่อน กับหาดทรายแสนสวย ที.. ปราณบุรี
ปราณบุรี อยู่ห่างจากหัวหินมาทางใต้ประมาณ 30 กิโลเมตร มีแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่เป็นชายหาด และป่าชายเลนของวนอุทยานปราณบุรี สำหรับชายหาดที่ปราณบุรีมีความยาวต่อเนื่องกันประมาณ 7 กิโลเมตร เป็นชายหาดที่มีความสวยงาม และท้องทะเลที่เงียบสงบ จึงเหมาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องการมาพักผ่อน และเล่นน้ำทะเลในบรรยากาศที่เป็นส่วนตัว ประกอบกับปราณบุรีเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่พึ่งรู้จักกันได้ไม่นาน ยังไม่มีผู้คนที่พลุกพล่านเหมือนชะอำและหัวหิน ปราณบุรีจึงเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอินเทรนด์อีกแห่งหนึ่ง ของนักท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งโรงแรม รีสอร์ทต่างๆที่มีไว้รองรับมีไอเดียการตกแต่งที่มีสไตล์แตกต่างจากที่อื่นๆ
พอตอนเช้าเราทำตามสัญญาที่ว่าจะแวะไปที่หมู่บ้านชาวประมงของปราณบุรี แต่ไม่ต้องขับรถไปถึงหมู่บ้าน เราก็ได้เห็นเรือประมงมาจอดเทียบท่าอยู่ริมหาดมากมาย เขานำสัตว์น้ำที่หาได้ขึ้นมาวางขายกันที่เพิงริมถนนนั่นเอง ใครจะซื้อปูปลาจึงไม่ต้องขับรถเข้าไปไกลถึงหมู่บ้าน เพราะเขานำมาสินค้ามาป้อนให้ถึงที่ สด ๆ จากทะเลทั้งนั้นจ้า...จอดรถเสร็จฉันก็เดินเตร่เข้าไปคุยกับคุณพี่คุณน้าชาวเล ที่กำลังสาละวนกับการจับปูออกมาจากแหของพวกเขา คุณน้าคนหนึ่งบอกว่าปูกับปลาหมึกที่เราเห็นอยู่ในลังพลาสติกนั้น เพิ่งจะเอาเข้ามาเมื่อเช้ามืด บางตัวยังเป็น ๆ อยู่เลย เล่นเอาไม่กลับจับเพราะกลัวจะถูกปูหนีบเข้า ปูและหมึกพวกนี้คุณน้าเขาว่าไม่จำเป็นต้องเอาไปขายที่ตลาด เพราะมีลูกค้าจากร้านขายอาหารหรือรีสอร์ทแถวนี้มารับซื้อเองถึงที่ อย่างปูม้าเนี่ย เขาก็จะเอาไปดองน้ำปลา (กำลังนึกถึงส้มตำปูม้าอยู่พอดีเลยค่ะ) ส่วนพวกปลาหมึกก็แล้วแต่ สามารถนำไปทำอาหารได้หลายชนิด สุดแล้วแต่ความชอบของแต่ละท่าน และถ้าเป็นวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์อาจจะมีคนกรุงเทพฯ ขับรถแวะเวียนมาเป็นลูกค้าบ้างเหมือนกัน คุณน้าให้ข้อมูลไว้เท่านั้นก่อนจะหันไปซ่อมแหที่ถูกกล้ามปูหนีบจนขาดเป็นริ้ว ๆ สายตาคุณน้าจับจ้องไปที่ท้องทะเล ก่อนจะพูดขึ้นเรียบ ๆ โดยไม่หันหน้าพวกเราด้วยซ้ำว่า น้ารีบซ่อมแห เพราะคืนนี้ต้องไปออกเรืออีก
ตำบลปากน้ำปราณ เดิมมีเชื่อเรียกว่า "ปากคลองปราณ" เนื่องจากมีแม่น้ำปราณบุรีไหลผ่านลงสู่ปากอ่าวทะเล และยังเป็นที่ตั้งสมาคมประมงแห่งแรกของประเทศไทย ต่อมาได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น "ปากน้ำปราณ" จนมาถึงปัจจุบัน ซึ่งมีภูมิประเทศเป็นที่ราบ มีแนวยาวลงติดต่อกับชายฝั่งทะเลอ่าวไทย มีพื้นที่ภูเขาสลับกับที่ราบลงสู่ทะเล เป็นดินปนทรายมีชายหาดทอดยาวประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร โดยมีพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 2.5 ตารางกิโลเมตร โดยมีพื้นที่ทั้งหมดประมาณ 2.5 ตารางกิโลเมตร ภูมิอากาศเป็นแบบมรสุม มีฝนตกตลอดทั้งปี อากาศเย็นสบายและมีลมทะเลพัดผ่าน

ลักษณะภูมิประเทศ
ลักษณะภูมิประเทศทั่วไปของตำบลปากน้ำปราณ เป็นที่ราบ มีแนวยาวลงมาติดต่อกับชายฝั่งทะเลอ่าวไทย เป็นพื้นที่ภูเขาสลับกับที่ราบเทลงสู่ทะเล พื้นที่เป็นดินปนทรายมีชายหาดยาวประมาณ 2กิโลเมตร และมีแม่น้ำปราณบุรีไหลผ่านลงสู่อ่าวไทย
ลักษณะภูมิอากาศ
ลักษณะทางภูมิอากาศเป็นแบบมรสุม มีฝนตกตลอดทั้งปี อากาศเย็นสบาย และมีลมทะเลพัดผ่าน มี 3 ฤดู คือ - ฤดูร้อน เริ่มตั้งแต่ ปลายเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ - มิถุนายน - ฤดูฝน เริ่มตั้งแต่ เดือนกรกฎาคม - ตุลาคม - ฤดูหนาว เริ่มตั้งแต่ เดือนพฤศจิกายน - กุมภาพันธ์
แม้ว่าหัวหิน จะเป็นสถานตากอากาศยอดนิยมที่ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ แต่เพระความดังนี่แหละที่เป็นเหตุให้หัวหิน คึกคักมากจนเกินความจำเป็นในบางครั้ง พลอยทำให้คนที่อยากมาพักผ่อน เพื่อหาความสงบจริง ๆ ต้องเสาะแสวงหาที่เที่ยวแห่งใหม่ ๆ เพิ่มขึ้นมา และที่นั่นก็คือ ที่ปราณบุรีนี่เอง
ปราณบุรี เป็นอำเภอที่อยู่ไม่ไกลจากอำเภอหัวหินนัก ขับรถเถลไถลไม่เกินหนึ่งชั่วโมงก็มาถึงบริเวณชายหาดปากน้ำปราณที่มีรีสอร์ทเก๋ ๆ เรียงรายให้เลือกเข้าไปพักผ่อนมากมาย ฉันมาปราณบุรีหลายครั้งแต่ที่พักที่สมัครใจไปขออาศัยอยู่ด้วยมากที่สุด คือฟอเรสต้า รีสอร์ท ด้วยพี่เจี๊ยบเจ้าของรีสอร์ทนั้นมีน้ำใจเป็นที่สุด พอรู้ว่าเราจะมาก็เตรียมให้พี่แขก พ่อครัวหัวป่าก์ตั้งวงข้าวรอเลย แบบนี้รักกันตาย...แต่ก่อนจะไปที่ฟอเรสต้าฯนั้นเราก็แวะไปเมียงมองรีสอร์ทอื่น ๆ ที่ผุดขึ้นมาไม่ว่าเล่น มีทั้งที่เจ้าของเป็นคนในพื้นที่อย่างพี่เจี๊ยบ หรือเจ้าของเป็นคนกรุงเทพฯ แต่มีสตางค์มาซื้อที่ทางแถวนี้ทำรีสอร์ท ไว้ให้คนกรุงเทพฯ ด้วยกันมานอนเล่นเอาบรรยากาศ ราคาที่พักเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกันแล้วที่ปราณบุรียังถูกกว่าที่หัวหินพอสมควร แต่หากพูดถึงการออกแบบ หรือลูกเล่นต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่ในรีสอร์ทนั้นก็ต้องบอกให้แบบไม่ได้เอาใจคนปราณบุรีเลยว่ารีสอร์ทที่ปราณบุรีนั้น เริ่ด ไม่แพ้ทางหัวหินเลยเชียว

ชายหาดที่ปราณบุรีนั้นค่อนข้างสงบเสงี่ยมเจียมตน ไม่วุ่นวายฟู่ฟ่าเหมือนหัวหิน พอตกกลางคืนหลังจากอิ่มหนำกับอาหารทะเลสดอร่อยที่มีให้เลือกชิมอยู่หลายร้านแล้ว เราก็นึกไม่ออกเลยว่าจะไปต่อที่ไหนดี จะไปสถานบันเทิงยามค่ำคืนก็ต้องขับรถกลับไปถึงหัวหินนู่น ดังนั้นพวกเราจึงสมัครใจกันนั่งรับลมเย็น ๆ ริมทะเลปราณบุรีแทน ได้นั่งดูแสงไฟวับแวมจากเรือไดหมึกที่ออกไปหาปลาในยามค่ำคืนก็เป็นความสุขไปอีกแบบเหมือนกัน แม้จะไม่มีเสียงอึกทึกเหมือนในผับอย่างที่เคยคุ้นก็ตาม แต่แล้วจู่ ๆ เพื่อนคนหนึ่งก็พูดทำลายความเงียบขึ้นว่า อยากจะออกเรือไปตกหมึกกับเขาบ้างจัง น่าสนุกดีนะ...แต่เสียใจด้วยจ้ะ เพราะป่านนี้เรือของชาวประมงเขาก็ลอยลำออกไปกลางทะเลหมดแล้วล่ะ เนื่องจากเขาออกเรือกันไปตั้งแต่หัวค่ำแล้วกว่าจะกลับก็รุ่งเช้า เพื่อนำกุ้งหอยปูปลาที่จับได้มาขายที่บริเวณชายหาดนั่นเอง ไว้เราไปช้อปปิ้งปลาหมึกที่หมู่บ้านชาวประมงพรุ่งนี้แทนแล้วกัน
พอตอนเช้าเราทำตามสัญญาที่ว่าจะแวะไปที่หมู่บ้านชาวประมงของปราณบุรี แต่ไม่ต้องขับรถไปถึงหมู่บ้าน เราก็ได้เห็นเรือประมงมาจอดเทียบท่าอยู่ริมหาดมากมาย เขานำสัตว์น้ำที่หาได้ขึ้นมาวางขายกันที่เพิงริมถนนนั่นเอง ใครจะซื้อปูปลาจึงไม่ต้องขับรถเข้าไปไกลถึงหมู่บ้าน เพราะเขานำมาสินค้ามาป้อนให้ถึงที่ สด ๆ จากทะเลทั้งนั้นจ้า...จอดรถเสร็จฉันก็เดินเตร่เข้าไปคุยกับคุณพี่คุณน้าชาวเล ที่กำลังสาละวนกับการจับปูออกมาจากแหของพวกเขา คุณน้าคนหนึ่งบอกว่าปูกับปลาหมึกที่เราเห็นอยู่ในลังพลาสติกนั้น เพิ่งจะเอาเข้ามาเมื่อเช้ามืด บางตัวยังเป็น ๆ อยู่เลย เล่นเอาไม่กลับจับเพราะกลัวจะถูกปูหนีบเข้า ปูและหมึกพวกนี้คุณน้าเขาว่าไม่จำเป็นต้องเอาไปขายที่ตลาด เพราะมีลูกค้าจากร้านขายอาหารหรือรีสอร์ทแถวนี้มารับซื้อเองถึงที่ อย่างปูม้าเนี่ย เขาก็จะเอาไปดองน้ำปลา (กำลังนึกถึงส้มตำปูม้าอยู่พอดีเลยค่ะ) ส่วนพวกปลาหมึกก็แล้วแต่ สามารถนำไปทำอาหารได้หลายชนิด สุดแล้วแต่ความชอบของแต่ละท่าน และถ้าเป็นวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์อาจจะมีคนกรุงเทพฯ ขับรถแวะเวียนมาเป็นลูกค้าบ้างเหมือนกัน คุณน้าให้ข้อมูลไว้เท่านั้นก่อนจะหันไปซ่อมแหที่ถูกกล้ามปูหนีบจนขาดเป็นริ้ว ๆ สายตาคุณน้าจับจ้องไปที่ท้องทะเล ก่อนจะพูดขึ้นเรียบ ๆ โดยไม่หันหน้าพวกเราด้วยซ้ำว่า น้ารีบซ่อมแห เพราะคืนนี้ต้องไปออกเรืออีก
ตำบลปากน้ำปราณ เดิมมีเชื่อเรียกว่า "ปากคลองปราณ" เนื่องจากมีแม่น้ำปราณบุรีไหลผ่านลงสู่ปากอ่าวทะเล และยังเป็นที่ตั้งสมาคมประมงแห่งแรกของประเทศไทย ต่อมาได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น "ปากน้ำปราณ" จนมาถึงปัจจุบัน ซึ่งมีภูมิประเทศเป็นที่ราบ มีแนวยาวลงติดต่อกับชายฝั่งทะเลอ่าวไทย มีพื้นที่ภูเขาสลับกับที่ราบลงสู่ทะเล เป็นดินปนทรายมีชายหาดทอดยาวประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร โดยมีพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 2.5 ตารางกิโลเมตร โดยมีพื้นที่ทั้งหมดประมาณ 2.5 ตารางกิโลเมตร ภูมิอากาศเป็นแบบมรสุม มีฝนตกตลอดทั้งปี อากาศเย็นสบายและมีลมทะเลพัดผ่าน

ลักษณะภูมิประเทศทั่วไปของตำบลปากน้ำปราณ เป็นที่ราบ มีแนวยาวลงมาติดต่อกับชายฝั่งทะเลอ่าวไทย เป็นพื้นที่ภูเขาสลับกับที่ราบเทลงสู่ทะเล พื้นที่เป็นดินปนทรายมีชายหาดยาวประมาณ 2กิโลเมตร และมีแม่น้ำปราณบุรีไหลผ่านลงสู่อ่าวไทย
ลักษณะภูมิอากาศ
ลักษณะทางภูมิอากาศเป็นแบบมรสุม มีฝนตกตลอดทั้งปี อากาศเย็นสบาย และมีลมทะเลพัดผ่าน มี 3 ฤดู คือ - ฤดูร้อน เริ่มตั้งแต่ ปลายเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ - มิถุนายน - ฤดูฝน เริ่มตั้งแต่ เดือนกรกฎาคม - ตุลาคม - ฤดูหนาว เริ่มตั้งแต่ เดือนพฤศจิกายน - กุมภาพันธ์
